Message From the President! - Suzy Spiceland

Thanks to the 170 librarians and media specialists that joined us
at Spain Park High School for AIMA Summer Conference 2008.

I am extremely excited about our AIMA Summer Conference in
June of 2009.  We are planning a surprise guest speaker that will
have you waiting for June with heightened anticipation!  The
theme of next year's conference is:
Books, Blogs, and Beyond.

We want media specialists from all over the state contributing to
our conference.  For this reason, we will be putting together a
proposal form for people who would be interested in presenting a
breakout session.  What a quick and relatively easy way to fulfill
PDP requirements for leadership!  
Be thinking about whether or not you feel the call to show your
colleagues something old that they may have forgotten about or
something new that they may have not yet seen!  And be on the
lookout for a proposal form available in the near future.
